Roca's Painting is a woman-owned, family-run painting contractor based in Lincoln Park, Michigan. Britte Sanchez has owned and run the company since 2017, and it's stayed a small, hands-on operation the whole way through.

That description isn't a tagline on our website. It shapes how we hire, how we talk to clients, and how a job gets handled when something doesn't go exactly to plan. You'll get a straight answer, a written estimate before anyone picks up a brush, and a crew that shows up when they say they will.
We're based out of Lincoln Park and we take on projects across Metro Detroit, from single rooms to full commercial buildings. Every job gets the same process: protect the space, repair what needs repairing, prep it properly, paint it right, clean up completely, and walk the finished work with the client before we call it done.
We're members of the Painting Contractors Association, we're fully insured, and we back every job with a 1-year workmanship warranty. None of that replaces a good reputation, which is why we'd rather point you to our Google reviews than ask you to take our word for it.
